No dental insurance? No problem. Our in-house membership plans give you predictable, affordable dental care with no yearly maximums, no deductibles, no waiting periods, and no insurance claims. Pay one set price and get the dentistry you need. Plans are available to patients ages 13 and up.
Our Membership Plans
Every plan includes two routine exams, annual x-rays, and one emergency visit with exam and x-ray. Additional treatment is 15% off for members.
VIP Plan
$29 per month* or $449 per year

VIP Perio Plan
$60 per month* or $820 per year
- 2 routine exams
- 4 perio maintenance cleanings
- 4 fluoride applications
- Annual x-rays
- 1 emergency visit (includes exam and x-ray)
*Annual fee of $100 for members who choose the monthly option. The 15% treatment discount excludes orthodontics and implants and is void if the patient chooses to pay with any third-party financing.
How a Membership Plan Works
A membership plan is not dental insurance, and that is why it works so well. There are no complicated deductibles or reimbursement schedules, no premiums, and no yearly maximums. You pay a set price for a bundle of preventive services, and you save on any treatment outside the bundle.
Our plan is a good fit if you do not have dental insurance and want transparency and predictability around your dental care. A membership plan cannot be combined with dental insurance, but our team is happy to help you compare the savings between your insurance coverage and our plan.

The plan is not a qualified health plan under the Affordable Care Act and does not meet the minimum creditable coverage requirements under MGLC111M and 956 CMR 5.00. This Provider agrees, in exchange for your payment of agreed upon membership fees, to provide the Member with Covered Services. The Covered Services and a schedule of our current fees for the Covered Services will be provided upon request. If a patient presents with periodontal infection, a personalized treatment plan will be presented at an additional cost. If Provider offers a perio plan, it is strictly for preventive maintenance care. The membership plan will auto-renew each year on the renewal date. Covered Services not used during any one-year term will not be carried over to the next one-year renewal term, or be transferred to another member. Services will be provided at this location only.
